1. No Refunds: I understand and agree that by enrolling in the Program, I am waiving my right to cancel and receive any refund after the Effective Date purchase date. I acknowledge that the Program’s content and materials are provided as-is.  

2. No Chargebacks: I understand and agree that by enrolling in the Program, I am waiving my right to any chargeback. I acknowledge that the Program's content and materials are provided as-is, and I will not initiate any dispute of my purchase with my bank or credit card provider.  

3. Good Faith Participation: I agree to act in good faith throughout my participation in the Program. This includes diligently going through the provided content, attending online classes, and being a supportive and positive voice within the Program's community. I understand that my success in the Program is largely dependent on my own effort and engagement.  

4. Confidentiality: I agree to keep all information shared within the Program confidential and will not share any materials or content with individuals outside of the Program without express written permission from ShellyFLEX LLC.  

5. Intellectual Property: I acknowledge that all materials and content provided within the Program are the intellectual property of ShellyFLEX LLC and its creators. I agree not to redistribute, or share any of the Program's content without prior written consent.  

6. Permission to Use Student Success: We love to celebrate the achievements of our students! By participating in this program, you have the opportunity to inspire others through the sharing of your journey and success. We may feature your contributions, such as community posts, projects, and results, in our marketing materials. 

By completing this order, I confirm that I have read, understand, and agree to the terms of the Enrollment Agreement. I grant ShellyFLEX LLC a non‑exclusive, royalty‑free license to use my images and testimonials shared within the community for marketing and promotional purposes, in any media. I retain full ownership of my content; it will not be sold to third parties.
